Web Hosting, Managed WordPress, and Private Email: Refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase for annual plans. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Linux VPS and Windows VPS: Refunds are available within the first 7 days of purchase for annual plans. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Dedicated Server: Refunds are available only for annual plans. No refunds will be issued after the initial setup has been completed.
